Sick kidsBusy Girl has been complaning off and on about a sore throat for days. Since her allergies act up in the fall, I thought it was just because of that. After all, when she was younger, I took her in a lot with a sore throat, and more often than not it was "sinus drainage" for $50.
She was stilll complaining yesterday, so I took her to get a throat culture. It was negative. She woke up in the middle of the night practically on fire and her head was killing her. So much for allergies.
Somewhere in there Busy Baby wakes up, too. Guess what? Yep, him too.
I guess Busy Boy will wait until next Monday morning?

I hope Busy Girl and Busy Boy feel better soon, both for their sakes and for Busy Mom's sake.
Oh no! I am sorry the Busy Kids are sick! I hope Busy Boy stays well and that Busy Baby and Busy Girl get well really fast. (And sleep a whole lot for Busy Mom while they are sick.)

Oh...if it's anything like my kids...Busy Boy will get sick late Friday night so as the doctor's offices will be more difficult to get into.

Oh, big hugs to all of you. Junior went to the doctor today because his horrible awful wet cough hasn't gotten any better in five days. It's all from post-nasal drip, but I'm convinced that in a couple of days we'll be dealing with something worse.
