-Note to self: even though it looks nice out, it's still cold. Wear a coat next time, OK?
-My mom has one only more chemo to go! Then we wait.
-I'm wearing real shoes today. If you're just tuning in, I've had plantar fasciitis (heel pain) for nearly 2 years and have had to wear athletic shoes nearly constantly. I just got sick of them and we'll see how crippled I am by the end of the day.
- I ate too much at lunch.
- We decided to go on a little Spring Break trip tomorrow to a state park. We'll only be gone one night, but I'll have a ton of things to pack. Where's the vacation justice in that?
- Having motivation to work problems again. I actually have yet to complete my trip expense report from a couple of weeks ago. I may officially be in trouble.
- We have to move offices here at work. I have a desk full of wallpaper samples and they're all ugly. They look like something you'd see in the hospital. I also lost the name and number of the guy I'm supposed to give my selections to.

Hope that you have a great break. How are the shoes getting along?
I'll be saying prayers for your Mom. My husband has heel pain too. It's hard for him to walk around sometimes. Doc has him doing some kind of heel stretch, then if that doesn't work well, they are going to fit him with shoe inserts. I've never hear of..plantar fasciitis..I'll have him look at this. Did you see a foot specialist for this diagnosis? Hope you aren't crippled later, hope this isn't too long of a comment, LOL!
Just started my 2nd bout of chemo. It's a blast, everything is numb, food tastes like barbed wire and can't think straight. BUT, I'm still breathing a couple of years later than I expected. I also laugh like a loon - the best way!
My wife used to have plantar fasciitis (real fancy name for a badly placed tendon, huh?). Funny thing is that she got these shoe inserts from the podiatrist and after wearing them for about two years it went away. Of course, now she wears Ryka athletic shoes nearly all the time. Just my 2¢ worth.
I'm going through a bout with plantar fasciitis right now. I had pain about 5 years ago, but its back now. Are you doing stretches?
