Satuday blah, blah, blah

At the risk of being a cliche, boy have we been busy today!

Busy Girl had to be at the soccer field at 7am to sign up for referee games for next week. Busy Boy had soccer pictures at 7:30 and a game at 8:30. Busy Girl suddenly (Thursday night) found herself in the Forensics Tournament finals at school and had to be there at 8:30. She also had a soccer game at 11:15 and refereed a game at 12:45. Busy Dad was supposed to be at a rugby tournament in the afternoon (he coaches high school rugby) and I was supposed to be out at a camp on a Church building project the entire day. And, to top it of, it's my mom's birthday.

Busy Girl did pretty well at forensics, but didn't place this time. It was kind of awkward for us since she was also supposed to referee a soccer game at the same time. Now, this is a paying job she has and we have emphasized that the job comes first, yaddda, yadda, yadda. Then, the forensics thing comes along and we've always told her that school is the most important thing. If you have to miss a game you've signed up for, then you are supposed to call by Wednesday night or you are penalized the following week by not being able to work. At any rate, her coach saved the day and did her game for her.

Happy Birthday to Busy Grandma, congrats to Busy Girl and Boy.

So what event does she do in forensics? I didn't realize they started that young! I didn't see it until high school.

I think I'll go and rest after reading all that. Busy Girl has a great coach. You must be so proud of your Busy Children!

It is really nice to hear rugby being mentioned. Rugby is out top sport in South Africa - everyone is a rugby or cricket fanatic.

You are an excessive typist.

A "busy" typist.

How do you contain your inner glea while composing these posts?

Your day wore me out~I'm going to take a nap!

Something in the untenable slang of my evidently nitrogen-mustard companion experimented my ambien. The ground outside was a perfect mass of mud and weight loss pills, with zealous heaps of earth from the slight landslide
