A long, long time ago, I can still remember...The scene: Busy Girl is watching "Sister Sister" on the Disney Channel. The episode is about swing music and the sisters imagine they are back in time when this music was popular.
Busy Girl: "Oh, I love this one, they are pretending they're back in the eighties."
Busy Dad: "The forties, it's the forties".

My son just had a school program on the 50s. He turned to me and said... "Hey mom, is this right? is this how you wore jeans in high school."

My son talks about the "olden days" when his Mom was a hippie.......
LOL! I think the biggest benefit to having had my son so young is he doesn't say things like this. He asks my husband, though - and he's only 3 years older than me!
