I think I'm not paying for my meal. Deal with it.
And they say courtesy is dead...
Gosh, I hate when that happens!
There was a barbecue joint I used to frequent that had a sign by the cash register:
"If we put too much meat on your sandwich, PLEASE complain!"
That's funny.
Customer: "I didn't order prime rib..."
First time commenter long time reader... acccck I sound like a person ringing Art Bell. Anywho I just wanted to ask....
Why does that never happen to me???
You have a really great blog here.
That never happens to me. Damn.
Close comments on the previous if you must, but I still want to say... AMEN!
Sigh. I must be eating the wrong fast food.

I never complained about free food.
LOL, damn kids. :)
Have a nice weekend BM.
Hello! Your site is wonderful! From one busy Mom to the next, You are awesome! xoxo, MandeRose
me too, AGK.
Amen!
Now where's my free fries?
I never get free food.
Why does that bug me? The person was trying to do the right thing and be honest and was treated rudely. I would havesaid don't speak to me in that manner and may please see the manager.
So what did happen?
Complaining about free food? Some people will fucking bitch about anything.
Definately not something that happens to me. I have the kind of luck where they don't get my order right and when I call to complain, they say something like, "well you didn't pay for that so we're even." Which totally ignores the fact that they messed up in the first place....ahhhhhhh....oh well, such is life.
I will translate Fast food employee's comment...
There are worse things going on in the world to worry about than the free fries you are FORCED to take. Consider it Free Fri Friday.
Ok...that last part was mine.
Nicely stated in the post below, Mom. And send all free fries to Mississippi or Louisiana.
When that happens to me I run before they have a chance to notice.
I'm with Barbara. A person gets something they didn't ask for or want, and is honest enough to point it out, and people act as if that person has done something WRONG? Just because it's free doesn't mean they have to have it, or that someone else can be rude to them. Good grief!
