Do you have to wear something formal for fancy ketchup. And what is the difference between Ketchup and Catsup anyway?

OK, so it's only 9:27AM but thus far, this wins for the thing that unexpectedly made me laugh the loudest.
What I need to know is this - is there UNfancy ketchup? And why can't mustard be fancy too?
