The Preschooler Formerly Known as Busy Baby has become a bit "truth-impaired" at school and we were discussing it this morning:

Me: "You should always tell the truth. Jesus wants us to tell the truth."
The Preschooler Formerly Known as Busy Baby: "Jesus doesn't tell the truth."
Me: "He doesn't?"
The Preschooler Formerly Known as Busy Baby: "No, he serves us lunch."

The Gospel According to Preschoolers is one of my favorite books. Rosie's favorite prayer before meals is "Thank you Jesus for this spoon" as she holds the spoon triumphantly in the air.
