Spam DammersAm I back? Am I really, really back? Gotta run right now, but I hope everyone had fun on Halloween. When I get back to the computer, maybe we can discuss why every other adult female (mostly female, anyway) was dressed as Ho-Bag Dorothy. It was lots of fun explaining to my kids why Dorothy didn't look like that in the movie. "You see, kids, that Dorothy is hoping to get with the Wood Man. What? Oh, 'Tin Man', 'Wood Man', whatever."

So, how exactly DID you explain the adult males that were dressed as Ho-Bag Dorothy? Methinks that they wanted to get with the Wood Man as well.
Glad you're back!
Why do these things meant for children's fun so often become a lesson in "life out there" we really didn't want to get into yet? We too encountered "women" clearly with much testosterone, but dressed in nicer suits and shoes than I'll ever own. Not even a Ho-bag costume, but designer suits, leaving one to wonder, "was she/he...was that a..."???
I think I missed that memo, because everyone here was wearing that costume too for some strange reason...
We were treated to the preteen girl dressed as Sexy Police Woman. Yikes!
I would like to know why these people need to dress like Ho-Bag Whatever The Heck You Are AT THE ZOO WITH THEIR CHILDREN! And in front of mine. What is THAT?
Yeah! I missed you. Luckily, I didn't run into any such Dorothys- really not very many adults were even dressed up. Guess thats a good thing!

Man, what a boring day I had, the only thing I saw was a 5'3" Tootsie Roll!
You know, I was listening to a radio station this morning going off about this very subject.
Except, they were two guys thanking the ho-bag community in general...
*Gasp!* You mean the Ho-Dorothy thing was the trend this year? One of those came to my front door! I'm guessing we have MTV or that reality show Laguna Beach to blame for this.

Oh, you shoulda had the opportunity to run into me last night...check out my halloweeny picture. LOL
Oh my gosh! I saw an "I'm not quite sure" at the store complete with Toto in a purse. My daughter was in awe - or shock, I didn't question her. Distract, distract, distract. Thank gawd my 6 year old wasn't with, he would have questioned me at the top of his lungs! Maybe there WAS a memo and we just didn't get one because we aren't in the right "clique"!
yes we had ho-bag Dorothy at CHURCH of all places!!
