Sunday, February 12
He'll be here all week, folks.

So, another night at the hospital (things are about the same here with my mother) watching the Olympics. Tonight is the ski jump, and, after watching several jumps, I noticed a small tree in the middle of the track near the end of the ramp thingy.

Me: "I wonder if that little tree marks a significant point for the jumper's timing?
My Dad: "Yeah, it's the time he's supposed to spread his legs."

Talk about the agony of defeat!

Bwa----ha----ha!!!!

Sorry to hear your mom is back in the hospital, dear. All my best to her. Will try to put in a run for her this week. Provided I get off my lazy tush. ;o)

Well at least you have some comedy while your at the hospital. Hugs for you and your mom((())))

Hang in there! And you wanna see some Olympic comedy? Watch curling!

Hey BM! I hope you're doing well not being with your Mom all the time, now. It must be hard on you but you're a great woman for all you do! And you're loved :)

I love the mini bananas. I do believe that's the first time I've ever seen any. We only get the gargantuan type here -- you know the kind~~~kid asks for banana...mom gives kid gargantuan banana...instead of kid telling mom it's too big, kid takes about 3 bites then lays said banana down in an inconspicuous part of the house...only to be found days later as a brown runny heap of goo!

Have a Great Day!

Oh and PS--if you get any tranquilizers can you send some my way? (sorry if my spelling is WWAAAAYYYY off this morning :)

I have to watch more, especially the speedskating. One of the guys is from my hometown.....hope he does well!!!

Glad you still have your sense of humor about. Take care of yourself, and my thoughts are still with your family.

HAHAHA!
And I'm still sending good vibes for mom hun, hang in there *hugs*

haha! I like your dad's thinking.

HA!!!!!!!!

I hope your mother will be well enough to go home soon. My father had a long battle with lung cancer so I know all-too-well what a miserable disease it is.

Your dad is comical!!!

Hope your mom is feeling better!

I'd love to hear your Dad's take on why the luge teams wear such tight clothing.

I hope your mom is feeling well today.

Your dad cracks me up. :0)

What kind of tree? Was it one of them "Crown of Thorns" trees? Hoo boy, I better watch this.

Hahaha....I never noticed that while I was watching the ski jumpers. I hope your mom is feeling okay. Best of luck to you all.
