Checking outside for Jim CantoreHoly big windy storm, Batman! Big transformer explosion, we just got power back on, and, the roof to something and a big Interstate sign are wrapped around a telephone pole down the street. Don't even want to find out what the big crash was on the roof.
Though I'm glad to have power back, it's too early to tell the kids just to skip homework and go to bed. So, alas, we must get back on the hamster wheel of the evening routine.

It is good to know that no Busy vehicles were harmed during this storm.
all of our clocks are blinking now too... ugh.........
I prefer to use the hamster wheel in the morning. Gets my day off to a nice start.
Wait--was that a metaphor?
is this a new setup? i think i like it.
here too. tv was flashing advisories and closings and tv reporters were going apeshit.
we didn't even get a decent rumble of thunder.
but the wind, yep, it was impressive!
Mmmmm, Jim. HEY! We're under a wind advisory, maybe he's outside! :)
Jim Cantore. ha ha ha ha. That's great.
He was so disppointed last September when Houston didn't get hit by the big one.
Now a power crash is serious because it impacts the computer. Forget about sex in the dark. Give the woman back her prime reason for living.
Yes, a Jim Cantore sighting is NEVER a good thing...

stupid hamster wheels.
Jim Cantore....has massive forearms and if you notice when he's reporting from hurricane land...he flexes them extry when he holds his microphone.
You got it bad over there. We went and looked at the Tae Kwon Do place. Jeez. The roof was across the street!
I'm just relieved I did not blog on tonight to find a property damage report! Yeah! Damn thing only lasted 10 minutes, if that. And you could not see 6 feet in front of you.
