Yo.What up, ma' peeps?
Another busy week at work. Not exactly a flaudit, but, I do have an inspection of sorts all week that will really interfere with the paper clip battles I perform at my desk all week.
Dang. And here this was going to be the week that the plastics finally advanced on the metals' stronghold.
Anyway, my dad's condition remains unchanged, but, he sees the surgeon tomorrow. Any takers on my bet that they will want to schedule surgery for the days I am out of town next week?
Can't remember where I saw this, but, it cracked me up.

I'll definitely keep your dad in my prayers and I hope everything goes okay at the doctors.
I hope they are able to help your father soon. And those suits are too funny.
I'm not a betting woman - but I'll take a piece of those odds.
Hope all goes well - I believe it is your turn for a break already ;)
business bib is just not right. yuk!
and tell busy Papa's doc that you can't do it then!
P.E.R.I.O.D.!
What? No paper clip battles this week???
Hope your dad gets some answers soon.
What you want me to bet that they are NOT going to try and schedule it when you are to be away? I'm not taking any sucker bet like that ;)
Just hoping you get more answers than questions out of it.
After the flaudit, the inspection should be a cake walk. (I hope).
Ditto Latte Man. That's a sucker's bet. Murphy's Law is probably already in effect. Best of luck to your dad - he's in my prayers.
My dad is in the same "bad back" boat. We actually managed to talk him into going to an acupuncturist. It seemed like a good idea at the time, except they forgot to ask him if he was on blood-pressure thinning medication. That did not go well at all -- especially for a man who doesn't like the sight of his own blood. Oy.
Good luck with your dad!
How do you do it all. I have a 5-year-old, 3-year-old and a 2-year-old. I can't imagine a job, job on top of it all. Domestic Slackstress www.8centimetersdeluded.blogspot.com
