Did anyone watch the New Orleans Saints homecoming last night? It was way cool .
I almost said I have never shed a tear about an NFL game before then, but, then I recalled the Titans-Dolphins game day before yesterday, and, I realized I was wrong.
Anyway.
Hey, you know who else rocks? Kerry Woo, that's who.
When he read of my Moto v. Diet Coke dilemma, he immediately contacted me with the offer of a phone, and, I'm back in business with Son of Moto.
Go on over there and pay him a visit and let him know how cool he is for helping me out. Or, you may be able to find him over at the bloggers Mothership.
My dad goes to the surgeon today, think good thoughts such as immediate surgery. A little more about that over at Genbetween (psst, go over there anyway so I don't look like a loser with no readers. Thanks, you're the gitchiest.).

Glad the thing with the phone worked out. Hope all works out well with the dad, the surgeon and the work inspection. (my, you are one BUSY mom!)
So - I'm thinking "surgery tomorrow" over and over in my head and now I'm concerned that's too soon - I'm also concerned that I'm going think so hard that I have to have surgery tomorrow.
Good Luck -
"Gitchiest?" You are officially too cool for the room. I had to look it up in the urban dictionary. Thanks for making me stretch to keep up!
I watched the opening show and was impressed. NFL just doesn't hold my interest like college football though, so I quit watching at some point. Like three minutes later. Off to read all your links now.
I saw the opening musical performance last night before the game...and just loved it. I got a little teary, too. I think I have PMS, though.
Good luck to your dad and I hope he is back to feeling well soon.
So you have two blogs? What is GenBetween? Thinking good thoughts for your dad.
Oh, do you have the Moto ring, too? That has got to be the best thing for quieting the kids down when they're rowdy. That "Hello, Moto" goes off, and they both look dumbfounded at me. Love it.
Monday Night Saint's Game WAAAAY ROCKED! Not only was it a blast, but I got to drool over Bono through my binoculars. Sad, the thrills of a 43 year mom!
But how 'bout dem Saint's, huh?
WHO DAT?
Yeah, I watched the Saints last night. Got a little teary eyed myself. Nothing new where football is concerned though. My Georgia Bulldogs and the Titans seem to make me cry on a regular basis! LOL
Thinking good thoughts for Dad...
