She'll be here all week folks. Try the roast beef.Busy Boy has been going through a phase where he wants to be a policeman.
This morning, as we were pulling out of the driveway, a police car passed by. Busy Girl was busy listening to music, but, Busy Boy took note:
Busy Boy: "Someday, I'm going to be sitting in one of those."
Busy Girl (without looking up): "In the front seat, or, the back seat?"

Michael used to want to be a cop. Now he wants to be an othopaedic surgeon. Now if we could figure out what we want to be when we grow up.
The kid has a career in standup. Or blogging.
Is she a morning person? That's awfully quick for anyone on their way to school...I recall being half-prone as my mom drove me to school!
I think Busy Girl and me-15-years-ago could have been good friends.
Truly a classic, as are you. Totally enjoyed meeting you today. It's great meeting my blogger idols in person, esp at the Mothership!
*laughs* That is one of the best things I've read all week. A good zinger that one.
Too funny! (And perhaps she knows him far too well?)
