Saturday SundriesAgainst every odd in Vegas, Busy Girl's basketball team is in the playoff finals tomorrow. Did I mention she's sick?
She's going to play (negative for strep), anyway (her choice), so if your kid is on the other team, I'm sorry.

Did you know that if you put a little bit of water in the cup when you're melting butter in the microwave, it will keep it from sparking? OK, smartypants, I didn't know that.

Help Phil out, won't you?

Okay, like whipped cream, butter can provide a certain spark at times, but I've never seen it spark in the microwave. I don't sit and watch while I nuke things, so I'm probably not the most reliable source though.
I've never seen butter spark, but I do hear it in there popping...is that the spark and I'm just blind or something? I'll have to try the water thing just for fun.
