OK, this cold weather thing?
It was snowing a bit this morning, and, last weekend we were fighting sunburn with temps in the nineties.
Funny for a minute. Not so amusing anymore.
We have soccer and rugby today. Neither of those are indoor sports.
Yes, I am breaking the Sacred Rules o' Blogging by talking about the weather.
I am cold. I don't want to be cold.

Whine away BusyMom - here's my two-cents-worth: to me the severity of the weather is determined by the amount of drastic change in temperature. Heck, I can deal with cold or hot if it sticks around for a while so not only can my body adjust but also my wardrobe!!! Then again, I'm a weather-wimp considering I live in California and think anything below 60 is freezing.
I have a lovely tan from Spring Break and a lovely Easter dress and now I have to wear jeans, and a long sleeved shirt and a sweater whilst I bake the Easter Bunny cake? What is up with this? It snow flurried here last night. My tan will be gone before anyone can admire it.
It just ain't right to wear long underwear during baseball season in Alabama.
Hmmmph.
I planted flowers this week. Then it froze.
I think the weather may be my fault. Sorry.
Ohmygoodness, I am sooooo with you on this...it is 38 degrees here this morning, and all my tropical plants (because that's what we grow in South Texas) are freezing their buds off! And, I don't blame them one bit!
So much for the cute Easter shorts outfits I got the boys!
I feel your pain! It's snowing here too.
It's cold down here too! WTF is up, Mother Nature??
It's cold here, too! We supposed to have snow tomorrow. eek.
I couldn't stand it, I nominated you for the Blogger's Choice Awards ( http://www.bloggerschoiceawards.com/ ). You weren't listed yet, and I didn't think that was right! All of those blogger award should just naturally list you!
I hope that was ok!
Oh no. We're NOT supposed to talk about the weather? Not even with sarcastic, smart aleck remarks? I musta missed that memo.
I've been posting photos of the SNOW. The SNOW in APRIL. The 18 stinkin' inches of SNOW in April. And I just heard that we may get more.
I am overwhelmed with joy.
Yep. Overwhelmed.
I'll whine with ya. The girls BEGGED to go to an Easter Egg hunt this morning. They were all crying by the time we finallly got back to the car because they were so cold.
Snowed a bit up this way both Saturday and Sunday.
And exactly WHY can't bloggers talk about the weather? I never quite understood that. Oh sure depending on what type of blog you have, it may not be appropriate, but on a parenting blog, when you dealing with kids, and carpooling, and school schedules, and global warming, and standing outside watching kids sports, etc... I think the weather is just as good a topic as any other.
But of course, since my blog has very few readers... what the heck do I know.
Who cares if he lied. Congress lies to all of us all the time and get away with it. I'm not saying it's okay to lie, but if Congress isn't held to the same standard then what's the point......:-)
