Friday Night. With a Bullet.- Busy Girl did end up having strep throat.
This is the first time I've had a sick kid away from home.
I don't like it.
She went back to camp, she wasn't feeling all that bad, and, if she was going to give it to her cabin mates it's already happened. That toothpaste is already out of the tube, she's been there since last Sunday.
- I hate video on news websites. I don't watch it. If I can't read your news story, I go to another site.
- I think I have arthritis or something, Yesterday, my thumb spontaneously swelled up, and, it felt like someone was driving a nail through it.
Today, my big toe did the same thing while I was running. (Roger, I had to start all over, but, I'm doing it)
- I have a metric assload of work to get done here on the Internets. I'd rather go get a Cherry Limeade.
- I really like the new White Stripes Icky Thump
- Despite being holed up upstairs with headphones. I can still hear the kids' incessant banging and yelling downstairs.
I need new headphones.
- I'd like to see the Jimmy Buffett Bama Breeze tour, but, he's not coming here.
He used to come every year, it was a Rite of Summer to go see him. That was back when we used to have an outdoor concert venue. Good times, people, good times.

I had a cherry limeade tonight and it was fabulous!! If I had known you wanted one, I would have gotten 2.

Ugh -- I totally agree! I hate when I am trying to look on a new website and almost all of the stories are actually links to videos. I just want to read it, darn it. If I wanted to watch it, I would turn on the TV.
I would kill for a Sonic near us!
Totally with you on the Icky Thump (did I mention I saw them at bonnaroo? hee) and totallyer with you on the friggin online videos. Don't make me click your dumb link and show me a video. If I wanted video news, well, I'd watch TV.
