Happy Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day!Who says this time of year is void of good holidays?
Happy Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day!
How do you pop your bubbles?
Methodically in a row?
Randomly?
Stomp on them?
Twist the wrap so lots pop at once?
Do tell.

I start out popping one at a time but randomly, not in rows. Then after a bit of that, I start the mass popping by twisting and squeezing fistfulls in my hand. I don't like stomping on them because I prefer the satisfaction of feeling it pop in my hand, beneath my fingers.
I do not have a special way that I pop them, but its addicting no matter how I do it.
funny story - I'm a scrapbooker and a couple of years ago when my daughter was REALLY little, we celebrated strange holidays like this just to have a fun scrapbook. This was one of them :D
I'm a one at a time girl. Boring, aren't I?
Both hands, in rows (or pretty much in order) as fast as I can.
I wonder what this says about me?
I like to take my aggression out by wringing the bubble wrap like a wet wash rag. Then I double check each row one at a time to make sure that none were missed. Boy does that all sound creepy!
I put it on the floor, usually in front of the bathroom door just as I hear daughter's water turn off from another 30 minute marathon shower and STOMP IT
;)) I'm so mean
The kids (used to) like to ride over it with their bikes so it sounded like machine gun fire. I didn't know about twisting it. What have I been missing? Hang on, I have to go find some bubble wrap.
My kids usually get their hands on the bubble wrap first and they do the-pop-as-many-as-you-can as fast as they can until the buzzing noise in my ears gets too loud and I scream for them to stop.
Microwave.
All of those. Same way I pop my weasels.
I'm like Malia. I start out one at a time and then I get bored, I guess and grab it and wring it like a wet wash cloth. That's why the bubble wrap popping computer game (remember that?) is not as satisfying for me. How do *you* pop your bubble wrap?
I twist mine. The kids like to stomp on theirs. It's cathartic for all of us!
If I'm bored or not paying attention to what I'm doing I'll pop them singly in a random order. If I'm stressed or uptight in some way then I'll twist and pop en masse.
I personally like to twist them. However, when my oldest sister is present, I will pop them one-at-a-time and verrrrrrry sloooooowly. Why? It irritates the living poop out of her! I guess you could say that I am a sadistic popper.
I twist first, then check each row to get rid of any strays. You have to show no mercy when it comes to bubble wrap.
Bubble wrap? Who gets to pop the bubble wrap? The 2.5 year old likes to steal it... and wrap his rear in it, and ride around in his 'cozy coupe' popping himself. One.pop.at.a.time. When that gets boring, he just throws it in the floor and does the 'poppy' dance. I'm such a deprived popper.
I'm a one at at time, in order person myself. But I think you forgot one:
By biting into it.
That's my husband's favorite way.
wow - there's a special day for it! I thought every day was bubble wrap appreciation day.
Hahaha! great site. I added it to my Squiddo lens: http://www.squidoo.com/Procrastination-destination
Me? I LOVE bubble wrap. I like bigger bubbles and I pop them one at a time, quickly.
I'm a little late but...
I like to roll over them with my rolly chair, or our mail cart!! It makes it sound like a machine gun, and it makes people hit the floor, hehe.
Other than that... generally in a row. =D
You know I recently saw an electronic keychain that makes that bubble pop noise...somehow though, I don't think it'd be quite as satisfying. I love to stomp those big bubbles :D
It all depends on how big your bubbles are (is that too pesonal?) Small bubbles are treated differently that the big ones.
My son loves bubble wrap!
I twist and Pop.

A colleague forwarded me digital bubble wrap (http://uk.download.yahoo.com/ne/fu/attachments/bubblewrap.swf)! It's slightly less mess.
I start popping one by one, but usually end up wringing it out.
I start out popping them in a row with one hand. Then after a while I start using both hands and pop randomly. :-)
