A total eclipse of the luneThere's a total lunar eclipse tonight.
The full moon will turn a rust color as the Earth will line up directly between the sun and the moon will be covered by the Earth's shadow.
It begins about 9:00 pm CST. NASA can tell you other lunar eclipse start times.
It's your last chance to see one until December, 2010.
If you want to photograph the lunar eclipse, here ya go.

Thanks for the info. We are enjoying the eclipse. From indoors. It's like zero out.
The eclipse was lovely - liked your picture of it. :) Love your blog - lots of great info.
