I rarely post about charities and financial needs here not because I don't care (I do not have a "cold, cold heart" that's one too many "cold"s), but because there's so many worthy causes out there, I wouldn't know where to draw the line at talking about them.
Only? Now I found the line.
It turns out the line is me going to jail, so, I'm going to talk up the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
I've been anonymously selected (I still think it was one of you) to participate in the MDA lock-up to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
My bail is $1,500, or I go to jail on April 3rd.
If you are so inclined, your donation will keep me out of jail.
I don't look good in stripes.

We'll see what we can do, although going to jail sounds a heck of alot easier than riding 180 miles in the Trek Across Maine for the American Lung Association in June.
Maybe I should switch charities.
Come Friday, I will be donating. My husband has MD and we appreciate the MDA and all they do to help families. They are some of the more amazing people out there and I don't know what we would have done after my husband's diagnosis without them. Thank you SO much for doing this!
