Snow! So, we got some snow last night:
The media is all abuzz about said snow.
We were watching the local news, and, an intrepid reporter was interviewing ordinary looking Joe Commuter, and, he asked Joe why he had driven into town from parts outlying in this kind of weather.
Joe Commuter replies, "Well, I drove in to visit my wife at the Women's Prison!"
Intrepid reporter: "..."

tiny little leaves look out and scream, "what the hell?"
I am really marveling at the fact that it seems to snow everywhere right now but here (much to my daughter's chagrin). I'm not complaining mind you, just really amazed.
They sure look like they were having some fun, and it looks as if they didn't even mind stopping for a snapshot or two.
Oh that is too funny! Talk about the last answer you'd ever expect!
Shark was out playing in it all morning but I didn't feel well enough to bundle up and go out with baby. I'm still in my jammies at 4:00- how sad is that?
You know that those journalists are ALWAYS interviewing the most outlandish person around...it is what they do best!
We have tons of snow here too.
But it looks like rain. And it feels like rain. And everything is flooding like it is rain.
Oh, wait. It is rain. And it won't stop. Please make it stop... Or soon we will be building an ark.
LOL! He didn't even have the sense to make something up?! Geez!
Adorable pics!
There are just some things you never expect to hear. And I'm sure that reporter was never expecting that for sure. :)
Check out what this newly transplanted friend of mine has to say about Tennessee snow. http://carissakali.blogspot.com/ She's from North Dakota.
I bet after the reporter got his voice back, he said something about the roads being "treacherous." I'm not sure I've heard that word used in any other context than to describe icy roads on a TV newscast. Well on second thought, maybe also to describe Mata Hari. But other than her, just icy roads.
Are you sure you don't live in Memphis? That's the kind of stupid comment we would get.
LOL - and I hardly ever LOL! (BTW - my great-grandmother was a warden at a Nashville women's prison - maybe that same one!)
