I pointed out today's Kansas victory to her, and said, "You picked Kansas, right?"
Busy Girl: "I don't remember."
Me: "Well, I'm sure you did, their #1 ranking was right on the bracket there."
Busy Girl: "Huh? Rankings? Where?"
There goes my 2 bucks and my chance at $100 of glory.

Well, as long as she doesn't have Portland St going to the final 4 you are only hurt for a bracket or two (unless she did this with all of them).

I'm so hoping that UMBC will actually do well. Everyone doubts it... Our local newspaper even had as the headline, UMBC MAKES IT TO THE NCAA. REVENGE OF THE NERDS! It's like, thanks guys! Show that vote of confidence!
It sucks, too, that they seed the worst team against the best team. Mount St. Mary's doesn't stand a chance, from what I understand. =(
