Gratuitous puppy picture

Sparky is the newest member of our family.

He joined us while I was away at BlogHer.

He's Busy D.'s dog, and was named by said 6 year old.

He *looks* like a Sparky. Good call. My seven-year-old is on a kick these days of naming all her new stuffed animals, toys, etc. "Mariposa" (after the latest Barbie DVD). Thanks a lot, Mattel!

Although the cynic in me wonders if you actually knew about this purchase before you left town?
