Goodness, I'm angsty lately. I want to slap me, too.
My dad's fine-ish. Just gotta wait for the swelling to go down in his knee. He can drive tomorrow, so that's good.
And, by "good" I mean that I don't have to take him to work at 6am.
I suppose he can walk, I never really know about these things until the ER is involved.
Let's see, what can I write about that's not all emo of me?
Busy Girl made the volleyball team. That's good. It's the school team. The team you've been putting up with me about for the past few months was club volleyball.
Busy Dad bought me a new hairbrush because mine broke. It's red.
They might be able to do something with my knee (not to be confused with my dad's knee) in the future before replacement, after all.
I found my good tweezers.

Glad things are okay in your world. It's a beautiful day here in MI and all three of my kids are in school today. I would say that's an above average day.
What's good in my world? I'm leaving for Orange Beach 2 weeks from Saturday. Two weeks after we return, I have a mediation date. Is it sad that I think that it doesn't get any better than that?
I, on the other hand have lost my good tweezers.
Schlitterbahn opens for the first weekday of the season TODAY and we're going this afternoon. That's what is good here! VERY GOOD!
Phew! Glad to hear dad is fine-ish. Someone turned the heat on here in Jersey, though. Last night it was 40 and today 80+ or maybe it's just me. Shuddup and nevermind!

Aw, the tweezers! I am happy that my good nail clippers finally reappeared. I had been blaming our daughter, when it turns out they were actually in our son's room all along.
Good in my world? Eight weeks to go until my due date. I! CANNOT! WAIT!

The songbirds and hummingbirds are coming to my feeders AND we hatched a brood of baby robins in a bush by our kitchen door.
My husband LIKES to ride bikes with me and is very kind when he does so.
My pants are too big. :-D
I have a new pan of goatmilk fudge setting up as I type.
I have time right now for a tea break.
Congrats to Busy Girl on volleyball. Sounds like you are all veryyyy busy. Hope your dad gets better as well.
