Meet Edward and Bella

Earlier today on Twitter, I talked about a surprise waiting for me at home.

Make that surprises.

Meet Edward:

Meet Bella:

Callie (Native dog) is unimpressed with the add-ons:

Sisters are for stepping over:

A while back, two of our dogs ran away and so many of you were so supportive and I even met people near me who kept an eye of for them and for all of you I am very grateful.

We never did find the boys, but in my heart I feel like they are together and safe in a new home. We're still very sad they are gone, but things have been rather quiet around here.

Callie, on the other hand, wants you to know that if she had known what it was like to be an only dog, she would have let them out of the gate a long time ago.

At any rate, Edward and Bella are brother and sister and came from the pound. They are about 2 months old and are likely Border Collie and Lab (maybe).

So, when they get older they can herd you and bring you back when they are done.

Congrats on your new nightmares. Haha, I kid. Kinda. They are aDORable.

And, I'm pretty sure the boys are chilling in a new home, too.

They are precious!!!!!!! I want to SQUEEZE them!

Oy, so cute! But the size of those paws? Them are big dogs in the making!

you're making my dog ovaries hurt or whatever hurts when i want a new puppy. ruffy hasn't been well so we've been holding off and may have to for a while. those two are so dang cute!

Awwww.. So happy for you and your family. It's always sad to lose beloved pets, but so wonderful that you have a chance to give these little sweeties a loving home.

Best wishes to you... They are adorable and pound pets are the best!

They are seriously cute! Keep posting updates, because I need to live vicariously. My cat won't let me get a puppy.

Oh my gosh!!! They are so adorable and you're such a nice dog (busy) mom! I hope that Callie likes them and they all become one happy canine family. Still sad about your boys too.

Oh puppy cuteness just makes me feel all squishy! I want one (no I don't)! So sweet!

If they are anything like Soxy, who is also a lab/border collie mix, they will have your entire family, including your other dog, loving them to pieces.

Enjoy your new loves.

PS--they will herd you even if you are in the house alone. ;-)

I love them. Isn't this better than a swag bag?

They are absolutely adorable! I love border collies...labs though...they eat my veggie garden lol

Congratulations on your new furry additions - SO CUTE - welcome home, Edward and Bella!

It really should be Edward and Alice. Or Seth and Leah. :-)

Awwww! Very cute. What a great surprise. Hope Callie adjusts.

They are darling!! CUTE! Love the names, although thank goodness Edward and Bella aren't really brother/sister. :-) You must be a Twilight fan.

the cuteness is just too much...precious perfection. May they live to a ripe old age and provide all of you with much love :)

Coming out of lurker status.....

Edward and Bella......are you a Twilight fan!?!?!?!?

One of my dogs is a bordercollie/lab. They are so incredibly cute.

Awwwwww! I love BusyBella and BusyEdward! The busy pups! Best post BlogHer swag ever!

They are the cutest little things! Makes me miss having a puppy around. (And, no, I don't feel that way when faced with a newborn baby. i feel more like Callie in that situation.)

They are SO cute. Oh my goodness.

They are beyond cute and I'm so glad you got them from the pound.

Oh my fluffy cuteness! So glad these pups get you as their owners. Here's to many happy, slobbery years together. -Christine

Wait ... collies. really smart. labs ... really dumb.

Does this mean they only eat good rocks?

Bella and Edward look just like my Border Collie/Lab mix did as a puppy.

Once you have a Border Collie, you won't ever be able to own another type of dog.

Look forward to many years of absolute devotion, love and trouble.

My BC/Lab is now 17 and is so smart that you can practically have a conversation with him. You also have to keep him entertained, or he'll find his own entertainment. Usually its at the expense of shoes or furniture. Invest in lots of chew toys and look into agility training.

How adorable is that?! So cute!

I love the show!!! Just whatched new moon today!!! Cant wait until the third one im so excited!!!

I think you should change bella!!! I hope that yall two get married!!! I hope that you two stay together forever!!!
