I just found out i have osteoarthristis and i am in pain 24/7 i also need to lose weight and so does my husband. I could use all the advice and recipes that are healthy and fast to make.Thank you.

Myself I find that weight loss is easier with cardio than with dieting. I always put weight back on when I am on a diet because the diet ends and I go back to eating normal foods.
