Safety at Home is a new site from Underwriter's Laboratories (UL).

You might recognize the UL name or logo from several items in your house. UL is the world’s leading independent test lab. Since 1894, UL has been writing safety standards, testing and certifying products and checking manufacturers’ facilities to make sure their products continue to meet UL requirements.

They're even sponsoring a Holiday Sweepstakes where they're giving away a UL certified digital camera each day, and the Grand Prize will be $10,000 of Best Buy products certified by UL
