Lands' End Free Shipping Code and the Sun.Life collection

Lands%20End.jpgFree shipping from Lands' End until February 21, 2009: just enter the code SUNLIFE and the pin 6365 when you check out.

Speaking of Sunlife, be sure to check out the new Sun.Life collection at Lands' End.

Sun.Life is a full line of adjustable, breathable, and comfortable clothes for the entire family with an Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) rating of 30 or 50, which protects 96.7 to 97.5 percent of the sun’s harmful rays.

In fact, the reason Lands’ End created this new line of clothing is because according to a recent Lands’ End survey of 1,400 moms across the country more than eight out of ten (87 percent) believe sun-protective clothing for the family is important.

I recently received a boy's Sun.Life t-shirt. It feels great, is a wonderful color and Busy Boy doesn't even know it's good for him!

Check the Sun.Life line out and pick up some things. Spring Break is right around the corner!

Dunkin' Donuts DD Smart Menu

dunkin-donuts.jpgDid you know that Dunkin' Donuts has a new line of "better for you" breakfast choices?

While it wouldn't be advisable to go crazy and eat any of the choices every day, Dunkin' Donuts has worked to provide some healthier (than the standard donut fare) choices.

The DD Smart menu includes the new Egg White Flatbread sandwiches, Latte Lite, a reduced fat blueberry muffin and more.

I tried the Ham, Egg and Cheese on an English muffin and it was good! The serving was generous without being heavy or greasy and the English Muffin was light and bread-y.

There's also some great looking flatbread sandwiches calling me on my next visit. Has anyone had one yet? Tell me about it.

The DD Smart menu is definitely worth checking out whether you're trying to make better food choices or just looking for a change of pace.

Campbell's Blogger Event

Campbell%27s.jpg A few weeks ago, I had the distinct privilege of being a part of Campbell's first blogger event in January.

They, along with the good folks at Weber-Shandwick brought together 11 bloggers from all over the country:

Table4Five.net
ThisMamaCooks.com
MomAdvice.com
Thisfullhouse.com
Fromdatestodiapers.com
BecauseIsaidso.com
Momtothescreamingmasses.com
Momof3girls.net
Chicagonista

I'm just now getting to tell you about it since my life is all volleyball, all the time with my daughter.

It was planes trains and automobiles to get people here in the winter weather, but we all made it eventually. We stayed in the lovely Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, and when you put a blogger somewhere fancy, you get pictures:

On that Thursday morning, we arrived by bus at Campbell's Headquarters and everyone rushed out to meet us, Campbell's is so friendly!

Wait, nevermind, it was a fire alarm:

Once things were clear, we went in and explored the Visitor's entrance and were greeted enthusiastically:

After we got down to business when Juli Mandel Sloves, Senior Manager of Nutrition & Wellness Communications, began our day, one of the first things you notice is that these people love what they do, they are committed to nutrition and they were really excited to let us know about their company.
