We've always had HP computers around here. As a matter of fact, this post is brought to you by my trusty HP Pavilion dv4-1123 and we also have an HP desktop * that allows the whole family to get things done: homework, entertainment, bill paying, communication and more.
HP has launched a HP Moms for Simplicity with Olympian Dara Torres, an initiative about mothers and technology and there's a pretty cool contest.
HP and Dara Torres would like to hear how you have utilized technology to simplify your life, in about 200 words and with a photo submission. Submission is easy and along with your contribution to the Moms for Simplicity photo mosaic, you are automatically entered to win a technology makeover from HP worth $5000!
Official rules: Upload a photo of yourself without any other persons in the picture and submit an essay of 200 words or less of how technology simplifies your life as a mom. The essays will be reviewed by a panel of judges including Dara Torres. Essays will be evaluated based on originality, creativity, the use of technology, simplicity and entertainment factors.
You can also follow on Twitter at @hpmoms to get more information.
(* Note: I've not received any compensation for this post and I bought my own computers. Though I lust after this mini-notebook I'm just an HP fan and I thought you might want to hear how to win some cool stuff.)
