We tried the Tyson Frozen Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips, and I really liked them. Though they don't have grill marks on them (?) they have a really good flavor and texture.
I even made a Buffalo Chicken Salad out of them:

I'd use them alone with a side of chicken flavored rice and some frozen petite green peas.

I would use this sooo many different ways - there are times when my children will only eat chicken dipped in bbq sauce, and I love it on salad w/ honey mustard dressing :)
